Free Ground Shipping is offered on all ground shipping orders over $100.00.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  If you are in a rush, we MAY be able to meet your needs.  Please call us at 877-932-6232.

Returns and Exchanges

All items are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days except for the following items:
Tights, Body tights, Undergarments, Body Shapers, Clearance items, Made to order items, Special Orders and Group Orders.

Praise Dance Apparel is not returnable, but you may exchange up to $300.00. 

We reserve the right to limit exchanges and returns over $300.00.

To return or exchange items:

1. Items must be in unused condition, have tags attached and have original packaging
2. Please do not ship shoe boxes without an outer box. (Do not use the shoe box as your shipping box.)
3. Call 877-932-6232 to request an RA# (return authorization number) and  request either exchange or return.
4. Return package within 14 days of issuance.
5. Expect refund in approximately 2-3 weeks.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and reshipment. Additions to your exchange will be considered a new order and require additional shipping charges.  For your protection, please insure all returned goods, since we cannot give credit for lost shipments.

SHIPPING 

To offer the most in styles and colors, we offer many made-to-order items.  Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery of made-to-order items, unless otherwise noted.  For rush orders, please read Rush Order Policies below.

Please allow 24-48 business hours for your internet order to be processed.  In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of processing. If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be notified by email as to expected ship date. PLEASE NOTE THAT SINCE WE OFFER MANY MADE TO ORDER ITEMS AND ITEMS THAT SHIP DIRECT FROM THE WAREHOUSE, YOUR ITEM MAY NOT BE IN STOCK AT OUR HOLLAND, MICHIGAN LOCATION. For rush orders, please read Rush Order Policies below.

Once orders have gone into the production system, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Any orders submitted on Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Rush Order Policies

Rush orders are from the time of shipment, not the time of order.

If you need an order RUSHED, please indicate in the "special request" section at checkout with your "deadline date" AND a phone number so we can contact you if needed. You will be contacted by email or phone, (whichever you prefer) with verification if we can meet your deadline date, plus any extra shipping and handling charges that may be incurred to meet your specifications. Please take into consideration your dress rehearsals, photo shoots, etc. when determining your "deadline date" if you are ordering for a performance or recital.

If special arrangements are made to have items shipped direct from the manufacturer, all shipping fees plus any rush service fees are the responsibility of the customer.  The customer is also responsible for any shipping fees incurred if items are also being shipped from our Reflections of Dance location.  All extra shipping and handling charges are confirmed with customer by email or phone BEFORE we process your order.  Rush shipping is available from the time of shipment, NOT the time of order.  (Example: You order on Friday evening and ask for Overnight Shipping.  Your order may take up to 48 BUSINESS hrs. (1-2 business days) to be processed.  Your order is ready to ship on Tuesday.  You asked for Overnight shipping, you will receive it on Wednesday).  If you are in a rush, you MUST give us a day time phone number to reach you at.

We coorespond with our customers mainly by email.  We may be contacting you via email to update you on your order, inform you of out-of-stock items, etc., please be sure to check your email and respond if asked.  Add customerservice@reflectionsofdance.com to your address book to be sure that the emails do not go to your "Spam" box.

Website Pricing:

Order online and save up to 35%! Just check out the "Your Price" section of each item!  Website prices are valid on Internet orders only.  Phone orders do not qualify for internet discounts.  Website prices are not valid in our retail store.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of your order, actual shipping cost will be calculated in your shopping cart. Please note that your shipping costs may increase if you are really in a rush.

There is a $5.00 processing fee on all orders.  These charges are included in your shipping charge.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to price increases from our suppliers and currency fluctuations.

Sizing & Color Charts

Please note that our sizing charts are a guideline and do not guarantee fit.  Please take into account the width and girth of feet for shoes; girth for leotards, etc.

Reflections of Dance is not liable for shipments that are lost or stolen after delivery or delayed because of weather conditions.
